Arcadia University

Project description

In 2024, Arcadia University launched its online Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership

The program prepares experienced professionals to lead change from the top of their organizations. Graduates gain skills in research, data analysis, and social advocacy — all on a schedule that works for them.

The creative angle: Lean into authenticity

The online EdD program gives students the practical skills to foster inclusion in all sectors of their organization.

Built for working professionals, it features dissertation support and asynchronous coursework. Students can balance their personal, professional, and academic responsibilities. No GRE or GMAT required.

Brand positioning statement

The online EdD in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University prepares working professionals in education and related fields to make an impact in their career and in their communities. Through theory and practice, students learn to promote social justice, equity, and inclusion across diverse educational contexts, from policy reform to organizational leadership.

Because of our small class sizes, students experience personalized attention and collaborate with faculty to address their academic needs and career goals. We offer synchronous collaboration with highly experienced faculty to ensure our students gain hands-on guidance and foster meaningful relationships — so they can do the same in their life’s work.
